This knowledge and dedication have allowed us to help with the birth of almost two hundred babies each year.Melissa Brisman first started helping couples become parents in 1996, guiding and directing the process in which she and her husband, Dan, became parents of twin boys carried by a gestational carrier. A few years later, they had a daughter carried by another gestational carrier. Melissa’s excellent reputation is based on her compassion and empathy for each intended parent. Her expansive knowledge and experience have allowed her to create an agency staff that is prepared to successfully help parents build their family. Melissa is considered a true pioneer in this field who advocates for changes in the law in this area and lectures to physicians, potential parents, universities, and lawyers around the world.Reproductive Possibilities, LLC was founded and operated by Melissa Brisman, as is the law firm of Melissa B. Brisman, Esq., LLC, which focuses on reproductive Attorney and adoptions, and Surrogate Fund Management, LLC, which handles escrow for all types of third party reproductive arrangements, such as gestational carrier and donor arrangements. Our three companies work hand in hand, and individually as needed to suit each intended parent’s unique journey.
