Circle of Life Surrogacy, LLC is located in the heart of Central Oregon in the beautiful town of Sunriver. We are a boutique-style surrogacy agency that provides both Intended Parents and Surrogates one-on-one guidance through their entire surrogacy journey.
At Circle of Life Surrogacy we strive to make the surrogacy experience both enjoyable and memorable for our Intended Parents and Surrogates. We are a smaller agency that allows us to remain closely connected to our clients from the very beginning to very end of their surrogacy journey. We make ourselves available at all times to each of our clients to answer any questions or concerns they may have during the process. We offer a reduced agency fee and installment payments to help make it a little easier on our Intended Parents because we know how costly the surrogacy endeavor is. We also offer a generous compensation package to our surrogates to allow us to have the best quality surrogates for our Intended Parents to choose from.Circle of Life Surrogacy was founded in 2014 by Director and Founder, Jeanette Passwaters. Jeanette has been a Gestational Surrogate on 3 separate occasions and has been a part of the surrogacy community for over 16 years. Her passion for surrogacy and helping others led her to create Circle of Life Surrogacy and allows her to continue to experience the joy that surrogacy brings. Assistant Director, Kris Rodenizer is our newest member of Circle of Life and has worked in both the medical and human services field for over 20 years. She is an avid people-person and gets great joy from helping others. She is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of Circle of Life. Chelsea Massey has a BS in Business Management and works as our Surrogate Intake Coordinator. She helps get our surrogates off to a great start when contacting our agency. We also have on our team, Laury Ellingson, who has been with Circle of Life since it’s beginning. Laury is our Registered Dietician and works closely with our surrogates both before and during their pregnancy to ensure they are getting all the nutrients they need to help maintain a healthy pregnancy and baby.
