Family Choice Surrogacy is honored to assist our clients in achieving their dream of parenthood. Our leadership team has over 15 years combined experience with helping families navigate the complicated world of Assisted Reproductive Technology and surrogacy. We pride ourselves in providing a personal touch, having experienced infertility ourselves. Our proprietary matching system allows us to expertly pair intended parents with their perfect match. We are located in Indianapolis, Indiana but we serve clients all over the globe.Our agency finds, and extensively qualifies compassionate gestational surrogates to match with intended parents. We take the utmost care and rigor in screening our potential surrogates before they are even considered qualified to present to our clients. Once a match is made FCS will guide both parties through every step in the process. We will facilitate the legal process by referring each party to a trusted, experienced attorney and serve as a mediator during contract negotiations. We then will assist with coordinating the medical process, even attending appointments if asked. We facilitate the financial piece of the journey as well by working with escrow and insurance professionals to ensure all parties are protected. Our agency navigates our clients and the surrogates through the entire journey.Our leadership team has over 15 years combined experience in surrogacy and ART matters. We have worked with surrogates, intended parents and agencies around the world. We understand the sensitve and personal nature of these matters and are passionate about helping our clients achieve their dream of parenthood. After experiencing infertility, our Program Director, Leah Potter began working in a law firm assisting other families navigate through the complicated world of ART and surrogacy. Her passion for helping families, sparked by her own experience, inspired her to collaborate with other industry professionals to create Family Choice Surrogacy. FCS also has established an advisory council in which we partner with other industry professionals to consult and collaborate on the ever-changing world of ART.
