As a partner of my firm at Goldfarb, Zeidner and Field, I handle both Workers’ Compensation cases and Reproductive Law cases.As a Reproductive/Fertility Lawyer, I help explain long complicated contracts to surrogates, egg donors, intended parents sperm donors and embryo donors. I help remove the concern about the legal aspect so that you can focus on your exciting journey in helping create or grow a family. As a former IP, having had my daughter via surrogacy, my wife Emily and I are proud to be a part of this community and help others through the journey from a perspective of having been through it ourselves. Our surrogate and her family have become part of our extended family. Throughout the surrogacy, we were always “team Melissa”.
