IPC Surrogacy is a US based agency located near Chicago, Illinois that provides surrogacy coordination services to intended parents pursuing IVF and surrogacy in Mexico.

As a full-service coordinator, they provide IPs with personal guidance and support from the moment they engage their services until they have citizenship/travel documents for baby in hand. They actively participate in each journey every step of the way, specializing in surrogacy journeys in Mexico. Focusing on the same one country for over three years has allowed them to become experts on surrogacy journeys in Mexico and everything associated with those journeys – from the best zones to stay in, to hotel & restaurant recommendations all based on experience. They can assist IPs to successfully navigate Mexico City during both the initial clinic visits and baby pick up, providing extensive assistance in completing the exit process following delivery both the Mexican side consisting of obtaining baby’s official Mexican birth certificate as well as the country-specific side consisting of obtaining citizenship documents and travel documents issued by the government of the IPs country of origin.Catherine Moscarello is an IM pursuing international surrogacy to create her family and she is also the founder/CEO of IPC. Joseph Adams is her husband and although he is an attorney that owns/operates his own law firm, he also manages computers & technology for IPC and is solely responsible for developing Access IPC – a unique, customized platform used for communication, document storage, and journey tracking. He also assists with exits as needed and travels to Mexico with Catherine whenever she goes.
