Working with national and International Intended Parents we offer translation services in multiple language to smooth the path.

Our founder, Mary M. Fusillo, RN, BSN MS, has been in the fertility field since 1999 and after developing egg donor and surrogacy programs as Nursing Director of two large IVF Centers, she spent several years consulting with IVF clinics all over the country in improving and enhancing their 3rd Party Parenting programs. She started The Donor Solution in 2007 to provide a new path to finding the “exceptional egg donor” and expanded to surrogacy in 2012 with the advent of 3 Sisters Surrogacy, providing carefully vetted surrogates for Intended Parents. With the addition of The Fertility Consultants in 2019, the 3 companies joined together under the banner of Family Solutions International.

Our goal since our first donor match in 2007 is to provide the medical expertise, the best donors and surrogates and be welcoming to all people who desire to become parents and the drive to make it happen.
